A Parody of Our Political Times

We usually try and stay away from politics here at WATS and just stick to the fun stuff. But every once in a while, we gotta break the rules. Especially when entertainment and parody overlap with the political zeitgeist with social commentary as brilliant as this performance at the CandyAss Cabaret.

Paula Davis of CandyAss Cabaret took a jab at Quebec Premier and Parti Quebecois leader, Pauline Marois, and her political policies with a witty cover of Sinead O’Connor’s “Nothing Compares”, ahead of the controversial April 7th elections.
